Start by downloading the Welcome Packet.
Once you have filled it out you can return it by email or mail. 
Once we receive your application, we will contact you for the next steps. 
The application fee can be paid by Paypal (we do not take credit cards at this time), Venmo, or Zelle at this time. Please contact our office for information if using Venmo or Zelle.
